The El Dorado Surgery Center is located one (1) mile South of Highway 50 off Missouri Flat Road .

Heading West on Highway 50 towards Sacramento, take the Missouri Flat Road exit. Stay to the right and cross over the freeway. At the third light, Forni Road , turn left and then make an immediate right turn onto Golden Center Drive . We are located in the Golden Center Medical Plaza Building, 4300 Golden Center Drive, Suite E.

Heading East on Highway 50 towards Lake Tahoe, take the Missouri Flat Road exit. Make a right turn onto Missouri Flat Road . At the second intersection, Forni Road , turn left and then make an immediate right turn onto Golden Center Drive . We are located in the Golden Center Medical Plaza Building, 4300 Golden Center Drive, Suite E.
